Whereas, New Life Church of Ann Arbor is the owner of property commonly known as 1541 Washtenaw Avenue, described at Liber 4545, Page 952 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, New Life Church of Ann Arbor has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
