Whereas, Watershed L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company is the owner of property commonly known as 3572 Plymouth Road, described at Liber 4040, Page 400 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Watershed L.L.C. has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
A 40 foot wide water main easement over the above described Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-006, being lands in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, said easement being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 14; thence along the South line of said Section 14, S89°19'45"E, 541.10 feet to the West line of Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-008; thence along said West line, N00°05'50"E, 698.80 feet; thence continuing along said West line, N19°05'30"W, 56.10 feet to the Southeast Corner of Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-003; thence along the South line of said Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-003, S70°54'30"W, 34.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said easement the following four (4) courses:
1) S16°14'07"E, 42.55 feet to the North line of an existing 40 foot wide water main easement, as recorded in Liber 1456, Page 223, Washtenaw County Records;
2) along said North line, S67°35'50"W, 40.00 feet;
3) N16°28'04"W, 44.86 feet to the aforementioned South line of Parcel No. 09-09-14-401-003 and;
4) along said South line, N70°54'30"E, 40.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing ±1,742 square feet of land.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
