Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Applebee's of Michigan, Inc. to transfer ownership of a 2007 Resort Class C Liquor Licensed Business located at 1005 W. Eisenhower Parkway, from Applebee's of Michigan, Inc. to Applebee's Restaurants Mid-Atlantic LLC Applebee's Restaurants Mid-Atlantic LLC. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
This application was reviewed on Friday, October 17, 2008 by the Council Liquor License Review Committee and a recommendation for approval and placement on the October 20 Council agenda was approved by the Committee.
