Memorandum

Chapter Eight of the City Code states that the City Clerk will notify Council of any expirations on the Environmental Commission at least 30 days in advance of the expiration of the term. According to the records in the City Clerk's Office, please be advised that the following terms on the Environmental Commission are expiring in the next 60 days:
