Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept a utility easement from Gene Ohlgren, Independent Personal Representative of The Estate of Dorothy L. Smith, deceased, as the successor to the developer’s interests in the property, for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer over both the platted and unplatted Shetland Drive.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Gene Ohlgren, Independent Personal Representative of The Estate of Dorothy L. Smith, deceased, is the fee simple owner of property located in Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan described as Outlot A, Eskermoor, a Subdivision, in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 16 of Plats, Pages 2-3, recorded on July 20, 1961; and

Whereas, Gene Ohlgren, as the Independent Personal Representative of The Estate of Dorothy L. Smith, deceased, has delivered an easement to the City for the construction and maintenance of municipally operated public services comprising the public utilities system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:

Described further as the platted and unplatted Shetland Drive:

Outlot A, Eskermoor, a Subdivision part of the SW ¼ of Section 36, T2S, R6E, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan , as recorded in Liber 14 of Plats, Pages 54 and 55, Washtenaw County Records, Michigan and
