Memorandum
This resolution is to approve annexation of this property into the City, which is within the City's water and sewer service area and is consistent with the adjacent zoning, land uses and master plan.  It will come back for Council action on the zoning change to R1B (Single-Family Dwelling District) after the annexation process is complete. The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of August 19, 2008, recommended approval of the request.

Whereas, The territory hereinafter described is located in the Township of Ann Arbor and is adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Ann Arbor;
Whereas, Frances D. Willing is the owner of said property; and
 
Whereas, It is the desire of Frances D. Willing to annex said territory to the City of Ann Arbor, pursuant to the provisions of Act 359 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for the year 1947, as amended;
 
RESOLVED, That the following described lands and premises situated and being in the Township of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be detached from said Township of Ann Arbor and annexed to the City of Ann Arbor, to-wit:
 
Lot 107, Washtenaw Hills Estates Number 1, Ann Arbor Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
