Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Mongolian Operating Company, LLC to transfer all interest in a 2008 Class C Liquor Licensed Business Located at 200 S. Main, from existing members William T. Downs III, Matthew G. Kirby, WDT III enterprises, Inc., and David Ulgenap to new member, DK Group 2008, Inc. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
