Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Eguchi Corporation to transfer ownership and location of a 2008 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located in escrow at 327 Braun, in Ann Arbor, to KVA, LLC located at 800 S. State - D/B/A Quickie Burger. The applicant plans to maintain the current business (Quickie Burger) as a restaurant, with the addition of the liquor license. The applicant is also requesting an outdoor service area located on city sidewalk in front of 800 S. State Street.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
