Resolution to Re-Appoint Members to the City Environmental Commission

Body

Whereas, City Council passed an ordinance creating a City Environmental Commission;

Whereas, The ordinance requires City Council to nominate and appoint the members of the Commission;

Whereas, John German and Rita Loch Caruso have expressed interest in reappointment to the Environmental Commission;

RESOLVED, That John German and Rita Loch Caruso be re-appointed to the Environmental Commission for a three-year term beginning August 7, 2008, expiring August 7, 2011 and;

RESOLVED, That the City Clerk notify Mr. German and Ms. Caruso and the chair of the Environmental Commission of the reappointments.
