Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement for public road right-of-way from Ann Arbor Campus Housing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The easement is for the right-of-way from the centerline of Broadway to the southern right-of-way boundary of Broadway.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Ann Arbor Campus Housing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 4500, Page 53, recorded August 15, 2005;
Whereas, Great Lakes Property Group Trust, a Trust formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois, is the Managing Member of Ann Arbor Campus Housing, LLC, and has executed a Resolution of the Sole Member, dated July 8, 2008, which authorized the delivery of an easement to the City for public road right-of-way along the southern side of Broadway and
Whereas, Great Lakes Property Group Trust has delivered an easement to the City for the public road right-of-way to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
Legal description of road right-of-way from the centerline of Broadway:
Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of Section 22, T2S, R6E, Ann Arbor Township, Ann Arbor, Michigan, thence S 88°52'00" E 20.80 feet along the E-W 1/4 line of said Section 22; thence N 02°14'00" E 939.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
