RESOLVED, That the City Attorney be authorized to negotiate a settlement of A05-01336, as discussed in closed session and in accordance with the City Attorney's recommendation; and
RESOLVED, That the City Administrator be authorized to execute all documents, which are approved by the City Attorney that are necessary for the settlement of this matter.
