Resolution to Re-Appoint Members to the Greenbelt Advisory Commission
Body
Whereas, City Council passed Ordinance No. 17-04 on May 3, 2004, creating a Greenbelt Advisory Commission;
Whereas, The Ordinance requires the City Council to nominate and appoint the members of the Greenbelt Advisory Commission for three year terms;
Whereas, The terms of two Commissioners are ending on June 30, 2008;
Whereas, The following individuals have indicated their wish to be re-appointed to the Commission
Jennifer Santi Hall
Gilbert S. Omenn; and
Whereas, The following individuals were nominated by City Council on June 2, 2008;
RESOLVED, That the following members be -reappointed to the Greenbelt Advisory Commission for three year terms beginning July 1, 2008 and ending on June 30, 2011:
Jennifer Santi Hall (re-appointment)
Gilbert S. Omenn (re-appointment)
