Attached is a resolution to approve the request to transfer ownership and location of a 2007 Class C Liquor Licensed Business located in escrow at 5850 Pontiac Trail, in Salem Township, from Romanoff's Hall & Catering Service Inc. to Ann Arbor Lodging, L.L.C. located at 3155 Boardwalk, in Ann Arbor. The applicant plans to operate the business as a hotel.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
