Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Golden Chef-Maple Road, Inc. to transfer ownership and location of a 2006 Class C Liquor Licensed business, located at 175 N. Maple, from Shui Min Sih, to 2541 Jackson Ave., in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a Chinese Buffet restaurant.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
