Memorandum
The attached resolution authorizes the summary publication of amendments to the zoning map of Chapter 55 of Title V of the City Code. The City Charter contains provisions to allow summary publications of ordinances that are in excess of 500 words in length. The purpose of this resolution is to lessen the City's cost resulting from the required publication of the ordinance revisions.

Whereas, Section 7.4 of the City Charter authorizes the publication by summary of ordinances over 500 words in length;
RESOLVED, That the publication of Ordinance ORD-08-06 shall be by the following summary:
Ordinance ORD-08-06 amends Section 5:4 (Zoning District Boundaries Shown on the Zoning Map) of Chapter 55 of Title V of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor by rezoning the following properties as follows:
