This office has been informed that as of December 27, 2007, all statutory requirements have been complied with in order to complete the following annexations:

1.   Kurtz Property, located at 350 Rock Creek Drive, in Ann Arbor Township.  

2.   Howe Property, located at 485 Rock Creek Drive, in Ann Arbor Township.  

3.   Jeffries Property, located at 560 Rock Creek Drive, in Ann Arbor Township.  

4.   Johnson Property, located at 200 Riverview Drive (2 lots), in Ann Arbor Township.  

5.   Johnston Property, located at 2675 Geddes Avenue, in Ann Arbor Township.  

6.   Kapp Property, located at 1865 Newport Road, in Ann Arbor Township.

7.   Vivian Property, located at 3875 East Huron River Drive, in Ann Arbor Township.

8.   Keesor Property, located at 3660 Glazier Way, in Ann Arbor Township.  

9.   Robine Property, located at 2428 Fuller Court, in Ann Arbor Township.  

10.  King Property, located at 1335 West Huron River Drive, in Ann Arbor Township.
