Resolution to Appoint Councilmember Joan Lowenstein to Planning Commission

Whereas, One position on the City of Ann Arbor Planning Commission ("Planning Commission") is reserved for a member of the Ann Arbor City Council ("Council representative"); and
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representative to the Planning Commission;
RESOLVED, That Councilmember Joan Lowenstein is appointed as the City Council representative to the Planning Commission until June 30, 2008.
