Attached is a resolution to approve the request to transfer ownership of a 2006 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located in escrow at 3965 S. State, from Tables Inc. to Champ's Club, Inc. The applicant plans to leave the license in escrow.
The Police and City Treasurer have approved the application. Since the license will remain in escrow, Building and Fire Services approval is not required. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees have been paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
