The applicant proposes: Place a total of 16 cubic yards of fill material within a backwater extension area in an unnamed tributary of Millers Creek. Dredge approximately 2 cubic yards within an existing storm water conveyance channel to facilitate the construction of an energy dissipation basin. Place approximately 1,273 cubic yards of clean fill material with 0.26 acre of wetland. Dredge approximately 0.01 acre of wetland totaling 7 cubic yards.
