Whereas, JAG Briarwood, L.L.C. is the owner of property commonly known as 3945 S. State Street, described at Liber 4376, Page 565 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, JAG Briarwood, L.L.C. has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the SW Corner of Section 9, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, thence N 01°06’00” W 247.53 feet along the west line of said Section 9 and the centerline of S. State St., thence N 87°53’20” E 50.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence N 01°06’00” W 40.01 feet along the easterly Right-of-Way line of S. State St.;
Thence N 87°53’20” E 187.26 feet;
Thence N 02°06’40” W 42.49 feet;
Thence N 87°53’20” E 40.00 feet along the northerly property line;
Thence S 02°06’40” E 42.49 feet;
Thence N 87°53’20” E 250.73 feet;
Thence S 01°06’00” E 40.01 feet along the easterly property line;
Thence S 87°53’20” W 477.99 feet along the southerly property line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
