Whereas, The City of Ann Arbor Election Commission has determined that a Presidential Primary Election will be held in the City of Ann Arbor on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in all City wards;

RESOLVED, That the Election Commission hereby authorizes the City Clerk to utilize four Absent Voter Counting Boards for the tabulation of absentee ballots at the March 8, 2016 Presidential Election; and

RESOLVED, That the Election Commission hereby authorizes the City Clerk to utilize up to five Receiving Boards at City Hall on Election Night to receive precinct returns as authorized under MCL 168.679a.
