Attached for your consideration is a request from Glass House Brewing LLC for a new Micro-Brewer Liquor License to be located at 2350 W. Liberty Street. Glass House Brewing will be a new establishment. The applicant plans to brew and serve beer at the location. There are no plans for food service or entertainment.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
