Resolution to Amend the 2016 Council Calendar
Body
Whereas, The City Council Rules require the City Council to establish a calendar of City Council meetings and work sessions in advance of each calendar year;
Whereas, Council Rule 3 requires that the meetings shall be on the first and third Mondays of the month unless one of the exceptions applies;
Whereas, Staff noticed an inadvertent error with the approved 2016 Council Calendar and the August 22 date;
Whereas, the August 22 date approved should be revised to August 15, which is the third Monday of the month;
RESOLVED, The 2016 City Council Calendar is as follows:
