Title
Resolution to Approve an Amended and Restated Easement Agreement with the University of Michigan for Sidewalk and Roadway at 1319 S. Main Street (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This amended and restated easement agreement supersedes an easement agreement approved by City Council on November 16, 2015 that granted necessary right-of-way for the Stadium Boulevard Reconstruction Project. As the project is being constructed with federal highway funds through MDOT, MDOT reviewed the previously accepted easement and requested that the easement agreement be amended to remove termination language to conform with federal requirements. This revised easement agreement removes the termination language.

Acceptance of the grant of easement by execution of this amended and restated easement agreement is recommended.
