Resolution to Appoint Councilmembers Sabra Briere and Chip Smith to the Environmental Commission

Whereas, Two positions on the City of Ann Arbor Environmental Commission ("Environmental Commission") are reserved for members of the Ann Arbor City Council ("Council representatives");
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representatives to the Environmental Commission; and
Whereas, A Councilmember's one-year term as the Council representative to the Environmental Commission expired on November 3, 2015;
RESOLVED, That Councilmembers Sabra Briere and Chip Smith be appointed as the Council representatives to the Environmental Commission until November 9, 2016.
