603 East Huron Street - Design Review - A proposed project for a 12-story, 129-unit apartment building located on a 25,000-square foot lot at 603 and 513 East Huron Street. The base of the building will have two-story townhomes fronting the street and a residential tower above. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification. The design includes a mix of vertical ribbons of windows, supplemented with brick veneer and features north and south facing exterior patios. The applicant is seeking input on building massing at the November Design Review Board meeting and architectural design at the December Design Review Board meeting.
