Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3601 Plymouth Road, described at Liber 5106, Page 485 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 14, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N01?40'45"W 809.12 feet along the North-South 1/4 line of said Section 14; thence N69?00'35"E 350.32 feet along the Centerline of Plymouth Road (100 feet wide); thence N01?48'25"W 322.40 feet for a PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence N01?48'25"W 25.37 feet; thence 200.28 feet along the arc of a 500.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 22?57'00", having a chord which bears N62?36'35"E 198.94 feet; thence 160.05 feet along the arc of a 108.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 84?54'30", having a chord which bears S63?26'40"E 145.80 feet; thence S20?59'25"E 193.06 feet; thence S69?00'35"W 20.00 feet along the North Right-of-Way line of said Plymouth Road; thence N20?59'25"W 193.06 feet; thence 130.41 feet along the arc of a 88.00 foot radius circular curve to the left with a central angle of 84?54'30", having a chord which bears N63?26'40"W 118.80 feet; thence 207.55 feet along the arc of a 480.00 foot radius circular curve to the left with a central angle of 24?46'30", having a chord which bears S61?41'50"W 205.94 feet to the Place of Beginning....
