Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3601 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5106, Page 485 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Green Road Retail, LLC, has signed a grant of easement for a sidewalk, path, or way for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances, described as:
