Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request from Aquamarine Springs, LLC for a new Micro-Brewer, Small Wine-Maker, Small Distiller Liquor License and Dance/Entertainment Permit to be located at 507 S. Ashley Street. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a restaurant and bar which would also contain a brewery, winery and distillery to produce alcoholic beverages for the restaurant and retail sales.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
