Memorandum
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission provides a quarterly request to the Board to write-off tenant accounts receivables for tenants who have vacated their premises and the accounts are considered uncollectible.

Body
WHEREAS, the Ann Arbor Housing Commission has been carrying amounts under the tenant accounts receivables for one tenant who is deceased and another who has moved out of state, (detail sheet attached); and
WHEREAS, these vacated receivables are considered to be uncollectible on the Housing Commissions books and should be written off during the 2015 fiscal year.
RESOLVED THAT, the Ann Arbor Housing Commission Board approve the write-off of these vacated accounts totaling $289.00.
