Resolution to Reappoint Two Members and Restate and Stagger the Terms of the City Representatives on the Ann Arbor Building Authority Board

Whereas, The Articles of Incorporation of the Ann Arbor Building Authority establish that the Authority shall be governed by a five member board with six year terms and expirations staggered every two years;
Whereas, Two non-City staff members have terms expiring June 30, 2015;
Whereas, Three City staff members have served in the remaining three positions but their terms require clarification; and
Whereas, Staff recommends clarification of all the existing appointments with their terms;
RESOLVED, That the two non-City members be reappointed as follows:
Anthony Ramirez, for a full term expiring June 30, 2021
Douglas Smith, for a full term expiring June 30, 2021; and
RESOLVED, That the three City representatives be appointed as follows:
Steven Powers, to fill the term expiring June 30, 2019
Tom Crawford, to fill the term expiring June 30, 2019
Matthew Horning, to fill the term expiring June 30, 2017
