Memorandum

Attached for your review and approval is Resolution No. 3 establishing the date for the Public Hearing on the Geddes Avenue Storm Water - Special Assessment, District No. 76, File No. 2013-037.

The improvement includes the installation of a new storm water management system consistent with the City’s Green Streets Policy along Geddes Avenue between Huntington and Gallup Park.  Because a majority of the storm water is generated within the City right-of-way (approximately 75%), and a minimal numbers of property front the project to be assessed.  The cost to be assessed was greatly reduced from the project cost.
