Memorandum
This resolution is submitted for City Council’s approval of the Board of Insurance Administration recommendation at its special meeting held on May 29, 2015, which was held for the purpose of determining one pending claim against the City, which had been tabled at its May 21, 2015 meeting (#CC116-14 Manning), and making a recommendation to City Council.
