Memorandum
The 2016 Ann Arbor Art Fairs are scheduled for Thursday, July 21 to Sunday, July 24 2016. The Ann Arbor Art Fairs have been held Wednesday through Saturday. The event is sponsored by five separate organizations, each covering separate but adjacent portions of downtown Ann Arbor. Each organization will be providing insurance in accordance with the City's requirements for use of the public right-of-way.

The annual resolution closes streets and allows temporary outdoor sales within the public right-of-way. Consideration of the resolution is recommended at this time to provide sufficient notification of the 2016 Ann Arbor Art Fairs moving to a Thursday to Sunday if City Council approves. Approval of the resolution is recommended.
