Resolution to Adopt Work Plan Priorities for the Environmental Commission
Memorandum
Environmental Commission developed an updated commission work plan that identifies priority items for the commission over the next year. The Environmental Commission is required by its bylaws to adopt and submit a work plan annually to City Council.
Body
Whereas, the Environmental Commission adopted a work plan at the July 25, 2013 meeting;
Whereas, the Environmental Commission is charged to submit to City Council an annual work plan as stated in the commission bylaws;
Whereas, the Environmental Commission completed a survey of current commissioners to prioritize work plan items and discussed results at the December 4, 2015 and January 22, 2015 meeting;
Whereas, the Environmental Commission prepared an updated commission work plan from this feedback;
RESOLVED, That the Environmental Commission adopts the updated commission work plan priorities and will forward the updated commission work plan priorities to City Council as a communication item.
