Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Ann Arbor Distilling Company for a New Small Distiller License to be located at 220 Felch Street. Ann Arbor Distilling Company is applying for a New Small Distiller License liquor license which will allow the applicant to sell at retail and serve on the licensed premises brands it manufacturers on the premises for consumption off the licensed premises and brands it manufactures on the licensed premises for consumption on the licensed premises. The Small Distiller License also allows for the distiller to give samplings or tastings of brands it manufactures on the licensed premises, which the application is also applying for.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer, Fire Services and the Council Liquor License Review Committee approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
