Resolution to Appoint Councilmember Sabra Briere to the Planning Commission

Whereas, One position on the City of Ann Arbor Planning Commission ("Planning Commission") is reserved for a member of the Ann Arbor City Council ("Council representative");
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representative to the Planning Commission; and
Whereas , A Councilmember's one-year term as the Council representative to the Planning Commission expires on June 30, 2015;
RESOLVED, That Councilmember Sabra Briere be appointed as the City Council representative to the Planning Commission until June 30, 2015.
