Attached is a resolution to approve the request from The Songbird Café for a Resort Class C Liquor Licensed to be located at 2707 Plymouth Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan. The applicant plans to add alcoholic drink options to the existing operation of a café, operating seven days a week, offering breakfast, lunch and light dinner options.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
