Resolution to Approve the Ann Arbor Housing Commission FY 14 Unaudited Financials
Memorandum
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission must present the unaudited financials to the Board annually prior to submitting them to HUD. Once the financials are audited, the board will be presented with the audited financials.

WHEREAS, the Ann Arbor Housing Commission's Fiscal Year 2014 ended June 30, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the Commission is required to electronically submit its FY 2014 unaudited financials to HUD no later than August 31, 2014; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, that the Ann Arbor Housing Commission Board approve the attached Fiscal Year 2014 unaudited financials and authorize the electronic submission of such financials by the August 31, 2014 due date in the format required by HUD.
