Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to approve a purchase order in the amount of $36,500 to CRW Systems, Inc. for the renewal of TRAKiT Software annual maintenance and support and the e-Markup annual license for FY2015.
Funding for the FY2015 annual maintenance and support for CRW Systems, Inc.'s TRAKiT System was budgeted for $36,500 in FY2015.Information Technology Services Unit budget. There are no additional funds being requested.
TRAKiT allows the city personnel to utilize a fully integrated and automated system for the entire land development process from initial concept through post occupancy compliance. TRAKiT features a variety of workflow processes that assist in tracking applications for permits for projects and individual permits, reviews by the various Service Units (Engineering, System Planning etc.) and related approval processes. TRAKiT Software also keeps a transaction history for all procedures that happen within any of the Building and Development permitting processes, providing an audit trail.
It is imperative to maintain the maintenance and support agreement with CRW Systems, Inc. in order to receive periodic product updates and maintain technical support for the software.
CRW Systems received Human Rights approval on March 14, 2014 and Living Wage approval on May 13, 2014.
