There is a resolution before you to accept an easement from 414 Main Condominium Association at 414 N. Main St. for sidewalk.
This easement is in standard form and has been reviewed by the required City service areas. This easement is conveyed without cost to the City. Approval of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, 414 Main Condominium Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation with its registered office at 408 N. First Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103, is an association of co-owners designated to administer 414 Main Condominiums, a condominium project under a Master Deed recorded at Liber 4994, Page 701 Washtenaw County Records and designated as Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 603;
Whereas, 414 Main Condominium Association has executed and delivered a grant of easement for sidewalk, being more particularly described as:
The South 5 feet of the North 5.40 feet of Lot 21, Block 3 North, Assessor's Plat No. 29, as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 20, Washtenaw County Records, now part of 414 Main Condominiums, according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 4994, Page 701, Washtenaw County Records, and designated as Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 603. Being a part of Tax Parcel I.D. No. 09-09-29-135-029.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept the grant of easement for sidewalk from 414 Main Condominium Association.
