Resolution to Approve the Installation of Traffic Calming Devices on Wells Street ($23,920.00)
Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a resolution for the installation of traffic calming devices on Wells Street (Packard to Prospect). Staff and the residents walked the project limits and discussed the draft plan, making adjustments to be reviewed at the second meeting. At the second meeting, staff shared the revised draft plan, had the devices painted on the street for visual review, and walked the project limits and discussed the revised draft plan, allowing for modification as necessary.

The draft plan from the second meeting was ma...
