Capital Improvements Plan Adjustments for FY15-20
Memorandum
At its regular meeting of December 3, 2013 the City Planning Commission approved the FY15-FY20 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) as a supporting document for the City's Master Plan, following a duly-noticed public hearing. The Commission also recommended that City Council use this document as its basis for the FY2015 Capital Budget.
Similar to the City's two-year budget process in which City Council's budget review consists of adjustments to the second year of the budget presented the year before, the CIP approved by the Planning Commission consists of adjustments to the second year of the FY14-19 CIP that was approved by the Planning Commission on December 18, 2012.
As the approval of the adjusted capital budget is to be performed by City Council following its review of the CIP adjustments, no further action regarding the FY15-20 CIP is required.
