Concordia University Gymnasium Addition Site Plan and Special Exception Use - A proposal to construct additions to an existing gymnasium and reconfigure nearby parking lots and storm water management features on this 80.63 acres site located at 4090 Geddes Road. Special Exception Use approval from the Planning Commission is required for a private university use in a single-family residential district.
