Resolution Regarding Right of First Refusal for the Property at 2500 S. State Street Owned by Edward Brothers Malloy, Inc.

Whereas, The City of Ann Arbor has a right of first refusal for the property at 2500 S. State Street, which is owned by Edwards Brothers Malloy, Inc.; and
Whereas, The Mayor and City Council would like further information on which to make a decision as to whether to exercise this right of first refusal;
RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Council direct the City Administrator and City Attorney to gather appropriate information by January 30 to be used by the City Council in evaluating whether to exercise the City's right of first refusal, and to explore options to make this financially feasible.
