Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement from Glazier Way Properties, LLC, Daniel S. Menees and Stacy B. Menees, and Christopher Couch and Tomomi Kumagai, at 2200, 2220, 2240, and 2260 Wolverhampton Court for sanitary sewer.
 
The easement has been reviewed by the required City service areas. The easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.  
 
Approval of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Glazier Way Properties, LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 2200 and 2260 Wolverhampton Court, more fully described at Liber 4908, Page 79, Washtenaw County Records; and
 
Whereas, Daniel S. Menees and Stacy B. Menees, husband and wife, are the owners of property commonly known as 2240 Wolverhampton Court, more fully described at Liber 4991, Page 436, Washtenaw County Records; and
 
Whereas, Christopher Couch and Tomomi Kumagai, husband and wife, are the owners of property commonly known as 2220 Wolverhampton Court, more fully described at Liber 4993, Page 656, Washtenaw County Records; and
 
Whereas, Glazier Way Properties, LLC, Daniel S. Menees and Stacy B. Menees, and Christopher Couch and Tomomi Kumagai, have executed and delivered a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, being more particularly described as:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 23, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence along the South line of said Section N88°35'53"E 978.75 feet; thence along the Easterly line of Lot 49 and the Southerly extension thereof, "The Woodlands", a subdivision recorded in Liber 25 of Plats, Pages 10-12, Washtenaw County Records, N00°19'37"W 130.81 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNNING; thence continuing along said Easterly line N00°19'37"W 290.00 feet; thence S60°01'10"E 34.75 feet; thence S17°28'30"E 45.83 feet; thence S00°19'37"E 51.74 feet; thence S11°04'58"W 68.31 feet; thence S00°19'37"E 35.13 feet; thence N89°45'24"E 44.69 feet; thence S00°18'16"E 20.00 feet; thence S89°45'24"W 44.68 feet; thence S00°19'37"E 54.87 feet; thence S89°44'03"W 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.  Being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 23, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.  Being a part of Tax Parcel I.D. RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts the grant of easement for sanitary sewers from Glazier Way Properties, LLC, Daniel S. Menees and Stacy B. Menees, and Christopher Couch and Tomomi Kumagai.
