Whereas, City Council desires to increase traffic enforcement without reducing other Police services;

RESOLVED, That the General Fund Safety Services expenditure budget be increased by $125,000.00 to fund police overtime for traffic enforcement, and that the source of funding for these expenditures be use of General Fund balance.
