Title
An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 55 (Zoning), Rezoning of 0.66 Acre from TWP (Township District) to R1A (Single-Family Dwelling District), Kocher Property, 2925 Devonshire (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 9 Yeas and 0 Nays) (Ordinance No. ORD-13-21)
Memorandum
This ordinance will zone this property to R1A (Single-Family Dwelling District), now that the property has been officially annexed into the City.  The proposed zoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan.

The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of January 15, 2013, recommended approval of the request.  The Michigan Secretary of State's Office recently confirmed that all statutory requirements have been complied with in order to complete the annexation.
