Memorandum
This easement is related to the Arbor Hills Crossing development at Washtenaw and Platt. This resolution accepts a grant of easement for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and for shelters, stops, or pullouts for public transportation along Washtenaw Avenue.

This easement is pursuant to the development agreement with RSW Washtenaw LLC and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, RSW Washtenaw LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3100 Washtenaw Avenue, described in Liber 4791 Page 714 and Liber 4922 Page 332 of Deeds, Washtenaw County, Michigan located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan; and

Whereas, RSW Washtenaw LLC has duly authorized, executed and delivered an easement for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and for shelters, stops, or pullouts for public transportation, being more particularly described as:

Commencing at the West ¼ corner of Section 2, T.3 S., R. 6 E., City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 00°32’32” W 1588.56 feet along the West line of said Section 2 and the centerline of Platt Road (66 feet wide); thence N 89°27’28” E 33.00 feet; thence N 00°32’32” W 273.14 feet along the easterly Right-of-Way line of said Platt Road for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said easterly Right-of-Way line N 00°32’32” W 24.09 feet; thence S 73°15’32’ E 759.11 feet along the south Right-of-Way line of Washtenaw Avenue (Variable Width) thence S 00°37’00” E 24.10 feet; thence N ...
