On June 30, 2013, Tom Bloomer's term on the Greenbelt Advisory Commission expired. He served on the Greenbelt Advisory Commission since July 1, 2007 as the Agriculture Landowner Representative and a replacement for this specific appointment is necessary. Jean Cares, a local farmer and owner of the Dexter Mill, has expressed an interest in serving in this capacity. Appointment of a new three-year term is recommended.
